Short Call List

The Short Call List is somewhat customizable, in that you can choose which fields you want to display here (through Field Preferences in Setup). In Market Master Manager, each sales rep gets his/her own call list.

To make a call, you'll double-click on any name to access Call Feedback for the name you want to call. Call Feedback will show you all the information from Enter Names and a complete history of activities and comments, and give you a place to enter Feedback about your conversation.

Click on Sue M. Goode to see where you'd report the results of her call.
